Each partnership type is designed to suit your nonprofit’s specific needs.Peak partners benefit from the full breadth of the impact of our College / University engagement programs.As a peak partner we would expect you to manage 2-5 College/University campuses.In return there is a sign-on fee to the program and a results based marketing fee per participant recruited. A typical College/University group of 20 students would be expected to fundraise $50,000 net minimum. It is completely free to join us as an open partner. What does this cost?By registering your charity as a partner with us you will be able to promote any of our challenge events to your supporters with no financial commitment or upfront costs. Once you’re registered we will send you everything you need to get started and to begin to promote our challenges on your website, including trip images, videos, information packs and itineraries and we'll create your landing page! We will promote your cause on our website (and you will have your very own landing page too) and those looking to sign up to a challenge who are unsure of who to support will have the option to sign up for you.If a fundraiser enquires about joining an event on your behalf, we’ll be there to support them on their journey and plan their trip from start to finish, all you’ll need to do is get in touch and offer your fundraising support, then we can take care of everything else.When promoting our challenges on your own website, we will provide you with free marketing materials to get you started, including images, videos and challenge information packs.For hassle-free, risk-free fundraising with an operations partner who looks after all trip planning, logistics and customer care, look no further! We want to help you raise thousands of pounds for your cause and send your supporters on the challenge of a lifetime.How do we become listed on the Choose a Challenge website?All you need to do to join us as an open partner, and get your own landing page on the Choose a Challenge website, is to register as an open charity with us. By registering your nonprofit as a partner with us you will be able to promote any of these open challenge events to your supporters with minimal financial commitment.![]() ![]() You can find all of our trips and payments on our homepage.All of our challenges operate on a minimum 50:50 cost to donation ratio and 100% of any donations or funds that they raise above their target will stay with you, their charity. Their flexi payment will automatically customise their fundraising target and amounts vary depending on trip. They can choose to pay an additional installment towards their trip costs in exchange for a reduction in their fundraising target - we call this a ‘flexi payment’.SELF-FUND: pay their registration fee and make a full trip balance payment (cost depends on trip).FLEXI PAYMENT: they pick how much from three payment options - paid 10 weeks before departure. Plus, when you sign up as an open, bespoke or peak partner with us we will make the announcement on our social media channels so our participants know they have the option to fundraise on your behalf too! How does trip payment work?Participants will need to pay their registration fee upon signing up and pick their fundraising plan. We will send you information packs, images, videos and booking links to ensure you are prepared to market the events. How will participants sign up to challenges for us?Participants can either find you by visiting our website and choosing you as a charity from our charities page or via your website and challenge promotions. Show presenter registration codeWhat's included in each challenge?Inclusions on each challenge do vary. If, for example, it is not looking likely that they will reach their full fundraising amount then they can consider reducing their overall target with one of our flexi-payment options which would be payable to Choose a Challenge at 10 weeks before departure (this means they pay some of the total amount themselves to lower their fundraising target.) Details will be included in the participants Challenge Info Pack on how they can do this.If, despite support from Choose a Challenge and their charity, they are still unable to meet their target then they will be able to defer to next year and will be required to pay a deferral fee to do so.Our challenges are designed to be achievable and with good time management, and active engagement with you, the charity, these trips are accessible to all. We encourage participants who are concerned about hitting their targets to get in touch with you, the charity, directly for any tips, ideas, fundraising advice and support.We make all participants aware of this when they sign up, and do let them know that they can utilize our flexible payment arrangements. How does Choose a Challenge keep in touch with the charity?We will let you know as soon as someone has signed up for a challenge on your behalf and you will get regular emails from the team with trip updates and news.If you choose to become a peak partner or take on a bespoke challenge with us, then you will have a dedicated account manager who will arrange regular meetings with a key charity contact to ensure the success of your challenge!You will also receive a quarterly newsletter and group email updates (e.g. We know you are the experts when it comes to helping participants reach their fundraising target, and will be able to help by answering any questions they may have, putting together a fundraising plan or offering advice from previous experience.
